To access the full kuo9 platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one kuo9 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kuo9 will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

  • kuo9 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include national ID cards, passports, and similar government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh.

kuo9 operates all account communications and security alerts via SMS to the mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered mobile number remains accurate and accessible.

Account Security Tip

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your kuo9 account. 2FA adds a second layer of verification on every new-device login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised. Enable 2FA from your account settings page.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the kuo9 platform, including deposits and withdrawal requests:

  • kuo9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the relevant transaction pages within your kuo9 account. These amounts are subject to change and kuo9 will notify registered users of any material changes.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. kuo9 may request KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad transactions.
  • kuo9 does not impose fees on standard bKash or Nagad withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside kuo9's control.
  • Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed under review if kuo9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, kuo9 may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kuo9 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Transactions are processed and settled in BDT only.

kuo9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following standard terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

  • Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time the offer is presented.
  • Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if kuo9 determines that the player has abused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
  • A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per account. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit.
  • kuo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
  • Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or shared with other players.

Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL and other events are offered at kuo9's sole discretion and may have additional terms that take precedence over these general bonus terms. Always review the specific terms of any promotion before claiming.

kuo9 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on behalf of a human player.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug or error will be voided.
  • Using the kuo9 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. kuo9 actively monitors transactions and cooperates with relevant authorities where required.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kuo9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the kuo9 platform, its software, or its security systems.

kuo9 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these fair-use provisions. Where a breach is confirmed, kuo9 may void bets, cancel bonuses, suspend accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and pursue any available legal remedies.

kuo9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and obligations apply to all account holders:

  • Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from their account settings page at any time. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
  • Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting kuo9 support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
  • kuo9 prohibits the creation of a new account by any player who is currently under a self-exclusion order. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these terms.
  • kuo9 is for adults aged 21 and above only. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all bets voided, and all deposited funds returned minus any amounts already withdrawn.

The kuo9 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of the kuo9 brand — including impersonation of the platform or creation of copycat sites — will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuo9 limits its liability as follows:

  • kuo9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if kuo9 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
  • kuo9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability.
  • kuo9's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit kuo9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kuo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

  • The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, or fair-use provisions.
  • kuo9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • The player fails to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by kuo9 following a KYC request.
  • The player requests account closure voluntarily. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, kuo9 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of account closure due to breach.

kuo9 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kuo9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
